Breastfeeding Baraza - Every Tuesday Morning from 10am to 11am
Baraza is a Swahili word meaning meeting, council or forum.
Sometimes simply knowing that you are not alone with your fear, doubt and concern is enough to keep you going. This is what the Breastfeeding Baraza is all about. Once a week you will have the opportunity to come along and listen to a brief lecture on topics relevant to breastfeeding and afterwards an opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns and clarify advice given to you by everyone who has ever breastfed before you.
